About me

Rooted in a lifelong love of creativity, design and art, my textile design practice takes inspiration from a deep appreciation of the natural world. From drawing and painting as a child to developing a strong fascination with surface pattern, embroidery and product construction.

I draw inspiration from organic forms, natural textures, world travel and the colour palettes found in nature, translating these influences into expressive surface designs for both fashion and interior applications. My work is driven by storytelling through print, creating designs that feel thoughtful, engaging and rich in visual detail.

My design process combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary techniques. Hand-drawn and painted motifs form the foundation of my work, developed and refined digitally to ensure precision. Where appropriate, my designs are further developed by embroidery and embellishment techniques, resulting in prints that are texturally interesting and visually striking.

With a perfectionist’s eye and strong attention to detail, I strive to create designs that are visually striking yet conceptually cohesive. My practice balances artistry with precision, combining handcrafted design with digital methods to deliver work that is commercially relevant and creatively distinct.

Guided by a strong understanding of both fashion and interiors, I create print designs that do more than decorate. Each piece is thoughtfully developed to tell a story celebrating craftsmanship, creativity and the beauty of the world around us.
